How to add/remove a team member in  the PLAATO app

Adding a Team member (Account Admin privilege only)

There is no limit to the amount of team members you can add to the app. To invite a Team member head over to your Mobile App

  • Launch your Plaato Pro App

  • Tap on "Account > Team"

  • Scroll to "Invite"

  • Enter your team member's email

  • Tap on "Send Invite" to invite your teammate.

  • They will receive the invite within 5 mins along with a unique link to your account.

  • Set their privileges to Admin or Team Member

 

Removing a Team member

Removing a team member from your Plaato Pro account is easy

Note: Only Team Admins are able to remove a person from the account.

Steps (Web App)

  1. Log into the Plaato Web App (https://app.plaato.cloud/)

  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of your screen

  3. Click on "Accounts" > "Teams"

  4. Find the team member you are looking to remove and click on the "Red Ban Icon"

  5. Confirm deletion by clicking on "Yes"

Mobile App (iOS and Android)

  1. Launch your mobile app

  2. Tap on "Accounts" > "My Team"

  3. Tap on the team member you will like to remove

  4. Tap on the "Delete" icon you see just below their details

  5. Confirm deletion by tapping on "Yes, Delete"
